Katherine Cooper Artisan Jewellery - Despatch and Returns Policy
Delivery: Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of your order. As soon as your order is despatched you will be informed and given the tracking number. All orders sent by Katherine Cooper require a signature. In the event of it being returned to us extra postage will be incurred by the purchaser to get it redelivered.
For international orders the purchaser is wholly responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
In the unlikely event of a parcel being lost in the post we will have to wait the allotted time scale of the Post Office rules before a claims form can be completed, and it can then take weeks or even months for the Post Office to complete their investigation. A refund will then be issued in accordance with their findings and insurance.
Returns: Katherine Cooper is an independent jewellery artist and each piece takes her days or even weeks to complete and naturally she wants you to be happy with your purchase. On a very rare occasion you may find that the item you purchased does not suit you or your gift recipient, and in this case you may be offered an alternative item or have an open-ended credit note.
If you wish to return a purchase then we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt by email and returns must be sent back to Katherine Cooper within 7 days of the date of notification. Returns are sent back at your own expense using a signed for tracking postal service. Any item that is returned must be in an unworn state and in original packaging with tags or will not be accepted. Earrings cannot be returned due to government legislation on health grounds.
All orders are carefully wrapped. In the unlikely event of your purchase being damaged in transit you can send it back, using a signed for tracking service, and Katherine Cooper will repair it free of charge for you, although you may incur postal charges.
